Delivery generally takes 7-10 business days. All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Orders are sent in plain packaging. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number so that you can see the delivery status of your order. All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier directly. The name and contact information of the carrier will be listed in your e-mail confirmation.
If we are out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order. The wait time for new supplies is usually two to three weeks, but it can occasionally be longer. On those rare occasions, you will be emailed with the option of continuing to wait or canceling the order. Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order. Refunds will be arranged.
We usually dispatch in-stock items immediately, subject to payment authorization. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once, unless they are part of a matching set with the waiting item(s). Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available, though the full order amount will be charged to your account at the time of purchase. Since payment is made through Paypal / Visa, Mastercard, we do not have access to your payment information; therefore, separate transactions cannot be made, unless we are in direct contact with you via Phone(credit card), or Email(paypal). However, if an outstanding item cannot be delivered for whatever reason, we will refund your account the balance of the unavailable items.
We ship to locations worldwide using CanadaPost, UPS and Fedex. For Office Machines, we will contact you with the contact information you provide us to arrange the best possible shipping method.

There is a 30 business days return policy, from the moment you receive your package. After 30 business days, we will no longer accept returned items. You will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return package. All refunds will be made to the same card or paypal account that was used for payment (minus paypal fees).
